Miraboo~
I hate to break it to you, but having a strong uncle-niece bond doesn't imply romance.
Being desperate to save her life as she falls and might die doesn't mean he fell in love with her. Holding her hands while having a powerful vision about her damn FATE doesn't make him want to KisS hEr. Arguing with her in a funny way doesn't show some tEnSiOn or doesn't make them fight like an oLd cOuPLe. Sacrifice years of his life for her doesn't seems exaggerated or too much to be just platonic. Riding a horse and looking for her to protect her could make him, indeed, a knight saving a damsel in distress. Just as much as a father would protect his daughter. Lots of people call their father "the first man they love", that's cute and that's a fact. Every lucky people can say the same thing as a child and even as adults about their dads. A dad, or another member of a family can be compared to a knight. Does that mean there must be romance implied to it ? Absolutely not 😃
It's called unconditional love.
The same love a mother and father have towards their children. And the same love that is dedicated to the family. It's powerful, yes. But there's no romance at all. That's why it's beautiful.
Maybe some of you missed this in your life so it's hard to make the difference, you might have a very difficult past, I won't blame you. Gotta be tolerant. It's hard, but maybe there's some things we don't understand from our point of view...
But some others just do it in purpose and are fully aware of the limits, that's a problem. Supporting incest and pedophilic ship is a problem. I actually have this issue in my own family (didn't happened to me but no one's needs details) and I can tell you that isn't romantic AT ALL. It's sad, it hurts, it's heartbreaking, it's a betrayal and it changed absolutely everything and everyone.
Yes it's fictional. Yes it's just funny for some people to play with two character's lives.
It's true, you don't hurt anyone. Not physically at least.
That's the only good point I guess.
"the miracle is you, not some gift. just you."
