It's 16 here. I don't know how you do it. I don't want to get out of the covers. Any tips for winter running? Specifically how do you breathe?

Bundle up! For my run today I wore a Mizuno Breath Thermo long sleeve under a running jacket. The Breath Thermo gear is awesome...it heats up an additional 5 degrees as you sweat. 

For breathing I suggest a bandana or a balaclava. REI has a good selection of stuff. Look for neck gaiters or even a balaclava. Cover your face to get warm humid air or just cover your neck if its too warm.

Wool is also your best friend when it gets cold! It's great at wicking moisture, keeping you warm, and today's wool apparel is not itchy!

go to England and tromp around seeing plays and sights and things and stuff.

Do a pull up unassisted

Fit a size 14

build a new kitchen in my house (well, I don’t want to DO that, I want to pay for it. But the sad truth is… I’ll be helping.)

Watch my kids grow up and find who they are. And support them like my parents have me

Road trip across Canada

Road trip across the States

Road trip across Europe

Figure out a way to buy Candy corn and not eat ALL OF IT right away
