hello!! aw bless u thank u for going out of ur way to check up on me when u came back online, that means a lot!! here’s a little breakdown of what’s going on in my life atm/has happened recently:

moved to my new house for second year of uni!!

earned a place for the research internship at my uni

treated myself to some glossier products in celebration of their uk launch!! yay for haloscope and their lip gloss!!

current fave song: probably 보조개 by bts

signed up for the korean society at my uni - the first event is tomorrow and i’m quite nervous + excited to potentially meet some new friends!!

sent out 2 internship applications to some companies - hopefully i’ll hear back from them some time in the future 🤞🏼

surprisingly, i’m not ill!!! my entire house is ill with something rly nasty - i think one of my housemates developed a chest infection from whatever she was first ill with, and the rest of my housemates are rather ill too. i’m the only one that’s not ill and i am trying my best to not catch whatever is going around

for the sleepover thing; lately ive felt really disliked in ny friend group and i havent changed or done anything wrong (that i know) so it makes me feel especially shitty. but i feel nervous bringing it up because they arent the kind of people who deal well with confrontation and itll just make things more awkward. i just dk what to do, i can drop them, we’ve been close for YEARS and theyre all i really know and feel comfy with, ahhh

my darling oh no :( but if you feel like this problem (of you been disliked, which is honestly impossible cuz u are probably a v likeable person) have persisted for a while and you have honestly reached a dead end, the best way is to speak out. Right now the choices are you either drop them or tell them. Its better to give a shot at communication (yes i understand you known them for years) rather than drop them without any information what so ever. Just don’t come off as threatening or criticizing, rather, come off as honest. It’s not a confrontation, its a conversation.
