How do i shift??
Ok so I’m very new to the whole thing and I’ve never shifted before but i really wanna shift to a book. Now, i don’t know if it’s possibile to shift into a character who already exists? (so I’m not me in another reality but I just ‘replace’ someone).
Anyways I tried a mirror method where you imagine you as CR-self are standing in front of a mirror seeing DR version of yourself in reflection. First time i tried it, it was an awake method and i think i almost shifted but then i heard a loud noice and couldnt do it. When I opened my eyes I was in my CR room but my heart was beating really fast. I tried the same thing a few minutes later and couldn’t even imagine anything.
I’m just mad at myself because similar thing happened the first time ever i tried to shift. I did the raven method but I was scared to move or open my eyes. My heart was racing as well that time and I’ve heard noices and seen light out of nowhere and I dont know what that means.
Can someone please anwser me? And the first thing I wanna know is can I even shift into a character in a book? And also some explaining -- about the raven method AND the mirror method? Why couldn’t I do anything the 2nd time?
