Mirror Prisma is here?!
some more silly doodles courtesy of the r/Kirby server's OC thread!! one of the prompts was to think about the mirror versions of our OCs, and i ~of course~ had to think about what the reflection of our dear sweet-toothed wizard Prisma would look like...
this is what i originally wrote about her --
"if Prisma is radiant and a light in the lives of those who know her, Mirror Prisma is the opposite — a black hole you’d be wise to evade, else you become enveloped in endless darkness. to become a mage is to make countless sacrifices in the pursuit of knowledge — and they’ve no qualms with trampling over others in that quest. deep down, she knows she is powerless, different, other — and she’s decided to make it everyone else’s problem. forever putting on a show, she will be the best, the greatest, the undefeated — but ultimately, she is nothing more than the queen of an empty kingdom."
but then i suddenly grew very attached and didn't want to make her totally irredeemable -- i'm not the biggest fan of characters "destined to be evil," and i think the possibilities for mirror characters to be more grey rather than completely evil if their regular forms are good-hearted are deeply fascinating and worth exploring!! she definitely needs therapy and perhaps a snicker's bar though!! truly, the moody straight-haired sister of Prisma Sugarsparkle from another mister!
a fun fact -- Prisma's magic circles have only 5 points, to represent a star shape (as opposed to Magolor's 6-pointed circles) and also reflect her weaker magical powers, but Mirror Prisma has indeed reached six! fun fact #2 -- she can actually drive a warp star without crashing! are we sure this is really Prisma's reflection if she possesses so much driving prowess?!?!?! /j
