Tbh,I think I’m gonna write this one in bullet points:
Let Annie do something relevant.
I would break Reiner’s plot armor and let him die already (jfc that sounds horrible when written like that). I don’t want that death to be a suicide though.
Also I’m going with the rumbling, but that’s given at this point.
When I think about it, it would be cool if in trying to fill some sort of Helos role Magath did something that would actually make him appear as even bigger enemy to the rest of the world than Eldians which would end up in the rest of the world teaming up against Marleyan forces. I have no idea what he should do (shoot Eren when he’s controlling Titans? c’mon, he got shot recently) and it’s an unprobable scenario given the world’s hatred of Eldians, but I think it would be cool.
I want some (Rico) characters (Rico) to appear and recognize the faces of their collegaues who were transformed into Titans. Also I wanted Rico to become a new commander at first, but then I rethought it since
I want the walls to be torn down which is a wish that I believe will come true.
Also, tear down ‘em ghettos!
Hanji could appear at the battle and... command? Ok, I didn’t think through this one.
Since we’re having less than a year left then I suspect that there will be a timeskip between the end of the final battle and an epilogue. I’d like to see something that happens in between. Eldians that cannot accept that they don’t have to live in ghettos anymore, Marleyans that want Marley to become a thing again etc.
And I want to see Falco and Gabi sitting in a class and hearing the true world history.
Everyone should get a therapy though.
Hanji and Shadis need to talk about their experiences as commanders since now Hanji knows how Shadis felt (tbh, I think I’m gonna eventually write a fanfic out of this one, we’ll see).
A thought reagarding the final panel (”You’re free”) that stuck in my brain was that there could be a splash text “The greatest lie of them all”, but since those splash texts were there to hype readers for reading the next chapter and this would be the final chapter so it would be unnecessary and I don’t even want that splash text to happen anymore (then why am I writing about it? bc im a clown) and I’m not sure there are that many ways to push that in a satisfactory way (maybe if Eren got the Frodo’s ending? dunno)
Connie’s mom has to make an apppearance. Is she even still alive?
I nearly forgot about Hisu’s pregnancy, so... it would turn out there’s no father. I’m not usually pushing Christian symbolism, but I wouldn’t mind it in this case.
