Time For Thoughts (of which i have many)#timeline: MV takes place 3-4 generations after TLOZ/AOL. so end of downfall timeline and therefore post ALBW#this art isn't literal- there are no ghosts of ravios or links past in MV lol. it is metaphorical.#anyway. ALBW link has two titles in MV- his original 'working' title before they settled on an official one was The New Hero of Legend. his#'official' title (the one he's remembered by by the time of MV) is The Hero of Two Worlds.#MV ravio will eventually come to be known as The Mirror Hero. before that people call him The New Hero of Two Worlds#so!! he is the latest of lorule's heroes/ravios and thus carries the legacy of all those who came before him. but on this journey he also#takes up ALBW link's legacy.#also it's important to me that ALBW ravio has a sympathetic hand on his shoulder while ALBW link is correcting his grip#they're both helping. one in a 'yikes that's rough' way and one in a 'here's how it works' way. they would be so proud of their successor#also MV subscribes to the reincarnation theory so ALBW ravio and MV ravio are technically the same person but ravio never learns this so it#doesn't matter that much. (link + zelda + hilda are all reincarnated too. again none of them know this. it's just for fun <3)
