As a writer reading is how we discover our desire to write & tell stories. One thing you lose when writing becomes your job is the time to read as widely as you did before. I’m making a commitment to myself as a writer & to my muse to read more. I feel like a writer that doesn’t read is like athlete that doesn’t exercise, muscles & skills begin to atrophy. I’m happy to say, I finished another book off that ever growing, “To Be Read Pile,” today. Loved the book, Mirror Touch, by Joel Salinas.
