This is what an old Sony NEX-6 mirrorless camera with the first full-frame 70-300mm ( 105-450 mm with the aps-c nex-6) E-mount lens looks like. The lens puts quite a bit of bulk on the front as it's nearly 3x the weight of the camera. I put a couple of sample images at the end of the video.
