if anyone in Toronto/GTA is experiencing difficulties with testosterone (applicable to injections only - the gel, etc, is still being supplied), it's because the suppliers are being directed to give their stock to select pharmacies only.

it's a pain in the ass, but there are still places that are carrying it (Rexall, Shoppers Drug Mart, CostCo, Walmart are COMPLETELY OUT of all injectable options).

call your LOCAL pharmacy (not chain pharmacy) to find out if they are carrying it! those are some of the best places to check right now.

Also, if you send hate to content creators (including fic writers, fanartists, and gif/gfx makers), one day you’ll notice that there are fewer and fewer pieces of original content coming out, and that will all be because of you.

Just some random vent points because at least two of my friends have gotten hate today and this needs to stop or else you’ll lose all of us.

What’s the purpose?? If you don’t like something that someone makes or does, sit down, keep your mouth shut, and keep scrolling. Or unfollow and block tags—there’s plenty of options on Tumblr other than sending hate

You’re chasing content creators off this site. What are you going to do when we’re all gone, hm? You’ll be left with nothing but old content and random text posts. No new fanart, no new fanfiction for wonderful characters, no new gifs/graphics for upcoming fandoms

Also if you’re a content creator sending hate to other content creators, what the heck?? 

Tumblr popularity means absolutely nothing. If you’re upset about how many followers or notes someone else has, then you shouldn’t be on Tumblr at all

It’s not necessary to destroy another content creator in order for you to grow popular—one person can follow hundreds and thousands of blogs

Anyway, if you’ve gotten this far, can you do something for me? Take some time today to send a nice message to some content creators that you follow. It’ll mean so much, more than you may ever know. ❤

bluesky is going on a suspend/ban spree on [mostly poc & trans] accounts for celebrating charlie kirk being dead. to the point that they suspiciously updated their ToS after this was already taking place, to say that the "glorification & celebration" of violence does not have a place on bluesky. meanwhile, they are banning people for simple statements such as "rest in piss" (this happened to Nathan Grayson, a reporter who quoted his own article - his account has since been reinstated, but that isn't the point here).

charlie kirk was a nazi.

people "celebrating" his death/murder (myself included in the celebration) are rejoicing over a literal nazi being dead, and how his death helps trans folks, because FUCK YOU VERY MUCH we are better off without him, without billionaires, without politicans.

trump, musk, & co. are all nazis.

posting about how we'd be fine without these people, posting "rest in piss" or other similar things in that vein, are not incitements of violence. they are social quips about a very real situation we all face. and to shut down these statements, these voices, especially people who work in press? it's not just an attack on freedom of press.

This is something that makes me super angry about these types of guys. Like, a lot of these guys talk so much about how much they admire women, and how much they love women. And then somehow it's a woman's fault for not loving them no matter what.

HEY CANADA:

it's insanely important, if you're in Canada & are able, to call your MPs and encourage them to vote "NO" on Budget 2024. the amount of people who will be harmed by this budget is beyond devastating, there are no words.

if you don't know, the federal government (as an example) was supposed to provide the Canada Disability Benefit to uplift disabled individuals and families out of poverty. the proposed budget offers $2400/yr (that's $200/month) to disabled Canadians and is means tested in two ways: A) you have to have the DTC (Disability Tax Credit), something that involves even more forms and documents and invading yourself with doctors to "prove you're disabled", & B) will be assessed and given based off a households income, not the individual (this does not affect renters in occupant situations/sublets, as a clarification). the federal government is ONLY "calling on provinces and territories to not have clawbacks" on the federal benefit.

in Ontario, Disability (ODSP: Ontario Disability Support Program) can come to $1300 (very much so depending on circumstances, like if you don't have an address for example, cause then you don't get the shelter amount, just the basic needs). adding the $200 is only $1500 and still WAY below the poverty line.

THIS IS EUGENICS AT WORK.

with MAiD Trak 2 implemented, and they are on track to expand it further ("mature minors"), they are really telling disabled and vulnerable people that our lives our only worth approximately $50.66/day after it all, and coercing us further more into MAiD with the lack of inadequate supports necessary for us to live a dignified life

please, i am BEGGING you to contact your MPs and remind them the votes they will lose if they vote Yes on budget 2024, encourage them to vote No, say what works for your area. MAKE THEM LISTEN/HEAR YOU. make your concerns known!
