ronnie is the ONLY one permitted to enter 860-1 because of 860-2′s docile temperment around him. he is never allowed to let anyone else go through the door with him at any time in fear that they might agitate scp 860-2 and go on a murderous rampage. 

ronnie is allowed to bring objects like a pad and pencil/pen inside as well as the normal flashlight/provisions for a good 24 hours so when he’s with scp 860-2 he can record any and all findings about the creature that he can. 

ronnie has named scp 860-2 and it’s name is ‘lilac’ though he doesn’t know if it’s male or female or if it’s type even have genders. ronnie has also been the only ‘guinea pig’ to survive going through scp 860-1 and lived to tell the tale to other workers in the foundation.

it all makes sense now as to why deputy looked so nervous about going into that catholic church in sinister 2. not because he hasn’t gone to church in years, but because his parents were church going people and they abUSED HIM TO THE POINT OF DEATH !!!!!!! AND THEN THREW HIM OUT !!!!! if it wasn’t for a neighbor finding him and taking him to the hospital he would have died that night on the curb.

Ronnie listening to Jac.ksep.ticeye's What Is My Life on repeat just to question his own life, but at the end of it he just really wants eggs benedict.

so. also. rewatching Chapter 1. sonia calls him eddie bear. 

do not call eddie eddie bear if you want to keep living. because he hates that nickname. (like he secretly loves eds, but no, he will call you out on it if you ever call him eddie bear and MEAN it)

after a fight he has with a boyfriend/husband richie, eddie goes outside to cool his head, not wanting to blow up on the man, he takes in breaths and calms himself. he doesn’t like to stay inside when he’s mad or upset because it makes him feel claustrophobic, he’s had to spend days inside with his mother for far too long, and when him and his mother fought he never had anywhere to go. 

but now that she’s dead and he can do whatever he wanted when he got into an arguement, he choses to leave the house. he'll either just sit on the porch or even go for a walk to think things over clearly.
