Do you have haircare routines for your hair? Also what do you like about it

I use one of those bougie customized shampoo & conditioner sets, let it air-dry, and keep it in a braid and a bandana almost all of the time. I do like having my hair long, or I wouldn't, but it's hard to articulate what I like about it precisely.

seitan recipe recommendations?

I used to grind seitan up in my food processor and use it as a ground meat substitute but honestly Impossible or Beyond are better for this purpose nowadays. I haven't bought seitan other than canned mock duck in a while. (The canned mock duck is for stirfry.)
