YES MY FAVORITE SHOW OF ALL TIME YOU’RE THE BEST!! :P

Favorite Male CharacterAh, it’s close.  I like Kitamura a whole lot, but how can you not root for Ryuuji?  He’s got the typical nice, clueless guy going, but he’s much more multi-layered than that.  Plus, the cleaning OCD stuff - classic!

Favorite Female CharacterEasiest question - Minori, who is my favorite character in all anime.  She’s such a funny, quirky character - the kind I really enjoy - and then she’s given so many more layers and shows so many flaws that’s somehow, this most unrealistic of characters feels very real.

Least Favorite CharacterOf the five mains, my least favorite is Taiga, because I find her to be the least dynamic of the group.  We always know where she’s basically headed.  But I do still like her character, generally.

Favorite Ship

Strangely enough, I don’t particularly ship any pairing in this series. Hmmm…what about Kitamura x Ami maybe?

Least Favorite Ship

Taiga x Kitamura just doesn’t seem right. :P

Favorite Friendship

Honestly, I like Ami’s and Minori’s friendship the best, because of the movement from literally fighting each other to leaning on one another, and how Ami’s blunt honesty changed Minorin.

Favorite Quote

If you trip while running down a hallway, you’ll get a nosebleed. If you trip in life, you cry.

Despite being from my favorite character, I’ve always disliked this quote because I felt it was nonsense made to seem like something deep.  But I appreciate it much more in context after having rewatched the series again recently.

Worst Character Death (if any)

I have to dig back and think about when I first saw the series, but I do believe I felt this way when Ryuuji and Taiga are in the room at Ryuuji’s grandparents’ house - do you remember that scene, where Taiga dresses like a bride using a comforter?

Saddest Moment

Poor Minorin - when she busts the ornament.  Also when Ryuuji leaves her in the infirmary.

Favorite Location

I love the ski retreat episodes - the lodge reminds me so much of church retreats, while the wintry cold adds to the sadness of the episode.

13, 21, 30

13. An anime that I introduced to a friend I introduced The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya to one of my closest friends.  Unfortunately (and surprisingly!), he wasn’t impressed. :(

21. If I could have any anime character’s hair style, who would it be Way back when, I wanted long hair like Jyou in the second season of Digimon (when I was also wearing glasses).  My hair did get long, but it was kinda poofy and not cool at all. :P

30. What my last anime wallpaper wasI haven’t had an anime wallpaper in YEARS.  I can’t even remember the last one I had…or any of them, actually.  I’m getting old. -_-‘

Actually I don't have a favorite color. >.> They can all look really nice with the right setting or whatever so I'm incapable of picking a favorite. 6. Handbags or backpacks?
