DM: Are you going to make it look like Damaris attacks the owlbear?

Hanako: I absolutely am. 22 vs Reflex.

DM: A bolt of energy shoots from her hand and hits the owlbear. She looks horrified and says, “No!! I had that under control!”

Hanako: ...Oooookay.

Hanako (kitsune bard): I use misdirected mark on Damaris again.

DM: She curls up on the ground, hyperventilating.

Godric (fairy warlock): I feel sorry for her. I can’t consider her an enemy right now.

Hanako: Oh, come on. It’s all an act.

DM: If you consider her an enemy you can’t use misdirected mark on her.

Hanako: Oh fuck, you’re right.

DM: Although you are pretending to be her ally. In this case I think it’s murky.

Hanako: I’ll stop. I think the damage is done, anyway.
