It's probably obvious but, I can't stop thinking about the moral lesson of Spock's character.
Sometimes you just really have to bypass certain emotions that are considered a nuisance and will not help you think right, your reaction and feelings towards a certain situation and how you choose to interact with it, no matter how it may be outrageous to some people. Can make or break a situation, but like all things it has a "but."
The but you should consider is that, you can't simply execute something logical and straightforward without ensuring that the outcome won't only benefit you, but the others as well and I think that's one of things that make Spock such a great character to learn from.
