In 5x20 , lucifer exploded Cas right before Dean’s eyes, and God resurrected Cas with a similar vessel , he made one especially for him , this is God , the almighty we are talking about. He did it once he can do it again. Dean knows all of this, he knows that what he burned wasn’t truly Cas , it was his vessel , the funeral pyre was symbolic , Dean knows that Cas’ grace (and soul?) were already gone. Dean wanted to say goodbye to Cas and pay tribute to him by giving him a hunter’s funeral. Stop comparing things that are not in any way comparable , this makes you appear even more stupid than you already are.
