[continued]: I don't know why that helps me but maybe it's something to do with the pressure. I also never lie on my back and look up, because it makes me feel dizzy. So I lie on my side, look outwards, blink a lot, and I do a meditation exercise in which you imagine losing all feeling/sensation in your body, starting with your toes and slowly, gradually working your way up to your head. Again, this is just what works for me. I hope some of this was useful in some way. Get better soon xx

In response to your light-sensitivity: when I'm having one of those awful headaches I turn off everything in my room that gives off light (I can sense even the tiniest of lights) so this includes any standby lights, lights from power adaptors, everything. Then I lie on my side and just look at the darkness for a while. I don't close my eyes because it feels like they're focusing on my eyelids, so I relax my gaze and use my arm to press down on the bridge of my nose where it meets my forehead

yeah this is exactly what i usually do!! it’s the only thing that really helps that i’ve found so far (with meds) but i can’t be in dark for long today!! :(

HE'S SO CUTE AND EVEN THOUGH HE HAS FLAWS LIKE DONT GET ME WRONG THE GUY HAS FLAWS BUT I FEEL LIKE HE MADE SO MUCH PROGRESSION AND WAS REALLY STARTING TO REVEAL HIS HUMANITY AND I JUST HATE THAT'S HE'S GONE NOW BECAUSE HE COULD HAVE DONE SO MUCH MORE LIKE HE'S ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTERS IN THE COUNTRY AND HE WENT ROGUE. THAT'S A SUPER INTERESTING STORY DAMN IT

He is a super problematic character and also,a very complex damaged man,his brother made his life hell and now he’s just a ball of anger,hate and bitterness.But then we can see how he acts around Sansa, sometimes he can be an asshole cause it kind of frustrates him to see how naive she is (Beautiful Cinnamon Roll Too Good For This World, Too Pure)but ironically,is her kindness what makes Sandor care about her and he gives her advice, he protects her all the time in King’s Landing and there,I definitely can see the potencial of a good man,he just needs rehab (don’t know if he will come back on the show but on book!verse he’s definitely on The Quiet Isle rehab so i’m good)

unpopular opinion: I think in 5 years time facebook will no longer exist, people will be pushed too far and deactivate their accounts, or it will be closed down. I just don't think it will be around in 5 years times.
