I am so angry.

Thousands of folx are working their asses off to help people affected by Helene.

And what does the internet do? Spout utter bullshit that might get some of those people killed.

i’m so frustrated @ the people who are like ‘no jimin is fine you have to eat a lot to get abs? protein? he’s eating a lot if he has abs!’ bcus that’s not how it works. to get muscles like abs to show you have to cut your caloric intake to lose the body fat that covers those muscles. those muscles are already there, making them big isn’t what makes them show (aka a bulk). what jimin had to have done/what is speculated to have happened is really restricted his calories in order for his abs to show and THAT is why people are worried about him. this is kind of delayed because i felt i should bite my tongue and not call anyone out but ugh. caloric cuts to show muscle definition can take a major toll on your body, especially with how hard we all know he’s working! please stop dismissing idols putting these huge strains on their bodies. they deserve to be healthy.

Oh. That’s kind of a shame, though I’m guessing it’s still somewhat accurate since from what I’ve heard AC takes care with details.
