How to meditate(requested by Michaela)
1. Sit up straight, Indian style with your hands in your lap. 2. Turn on some relaxin meditation music(optional) 3. Close your eyes 4. Focus on your breathing, but don’t sorry about how deep it is or how Lon it is, just pay attention to it. 5. Everytime you exhale think a word such as “relax” “calm” or anything calming. 6. Let your mind wonder and basically day dream 7. Let your body completely relax and don’t focus on anything too much
