In just 30 seconds, Miso makes all kinds of silly faces
Miso and Tofu, two of my favorite things!
This is one of my favorite dry stir fry, baked tofu and celery with douchi also known as fermented black beans. Most people think it’s black beans that you find in your Tex Mex but it’s actually black soy beans. I love the taste/smell of it but many Americans find the smell quite offensive.
