also sayounara requires a long u so its さようなら as it evolved from sayou naraba. さよなら can be seen in colloquial contexts, but is formally wrong

completely agreed! :O But like at the same time, Sasuke is a sort of hybrid tbh, he has Kurapika’s backstory and original distant (which for Pika is a little more complex than that) but he also gets some of Killua’s ability and some Nar/Sas lines come from Killua. Also in the early manga before the twists, the relationship between Sasuke and his brother was kinda echoing the one between Killua and Illumi (down to even copy a manga page of hxh to pass that idea accross)
Sas’ is an hybrid of hxh characters, and especially he became his own character. I’m not gonna argue if it was well done or not, but by the end of the day Sas is ways too different from Pika and Killua and we can mention the little stuff that were stolen here and there without saying Pika or Killu are “another Sasuke”. shame. S h a me.
And as you say, hxh came first! Everytime! Every things that seems copied in Nar always come out after hxh. Like :O W o w.
