i will say.. i am a tad bit curious about the owain and 4c interaction in your socmed au... i am a simple girl who graves 4C and Owain interactions and friendships and seeing their posts in your au gives me joy

Ahem, In part 9 4c can't sleep, it's 4am, he posts about it, and the only other people awake are sausage(for some reason, presumably ritual???? whatever that means(I say as the person who made it,,)) and Owain, who shows minor concern for 4c and makes a suggestion on how to help 4c, one of these is melatonin, one of these is knocking him out, both equal in how he says them. later, like idk 20 minutes, just like irl me at the time at 4am, 4cvit starts having dread. aka bouts of anxiety and maybe even paranoia ✨ Deciding he didn't wanna keep trying to sleep, he goes out.
For context on how i see the living situation, everyone in the au lives somewhere around the college, 4c and Nom live in an apartment building with a around 10-20 minute walk away, Owain lives just abit farther, most likely also in some sort of apartment complex if i had to think. Everyone is mostly in walking distance from eachother, the town/city place they live in is quite walkable aswell. i didn't wanna make them deal with a not walkable city, it felt mean.
Anyways, 4c ends up walking around aimlessly, mostly trying to get his mind off things, he ends up in this sort of,, plaza? area? if that makes sense, and as it turns out, Owain is also there! Why? Probably a similar reason to 4c's, Owain is good at getting to sleep when he needs to be but if he doesn't, i like to think he has a habit of accidently keeping himself awake, he needs to keep himself busy and sleeping when he doesn't need to feels unproductive. However there is nothing to do at 4 frickin am so he is just outside enjoying the night i guess? 4c goes up to him, says hi, and they chill out on the edge of a non-active fountain. I have an image in my head, and it is hard to explain!!!
Owain and 4c are not close. Owain is mostly in 4c's priv because 4c knows Owain is pretty close at this point to Mae and Nom, two people 4c trusts, basically to the max, but they are not very close themselves... I like to think Owain has a sort of,, internal opinion of 4c he doesn't realize he has while 4c is just, friendly to him. There's not this war to make their hypothetical friendship tense, if that makes sense. They also just don't hang out alone at all, they don't know eachother as much as they could. But they do still end up chatting, mostly about the others, mainly mae and nom, who would've guessed, but also about blue in general
Idk if i've said this yet, but Blue and Red are clubs. they are college clubs,, most likely. probably. it's up in the air. but most likely they are.
Alot of it is just sitting in silence inbetween the minor chatting, until Owain mentions the fact that it's 4am, probably 4:30-ish by then and about 4c's tweets, that kinda implied he did want to go to sleep. 4c kinda laughs and explains his mental plight slightly, that his brain got to loud and its why he's out here now, lamenting about how he wishes he could turn his brain off. This is where the lobotomy talk comes in, of which Owain mentions how lobotomies did that kinda, and 4c lights up like "oh?!" and Owain goes "No! These things are NOT good!" or somethin like that, dialogue is hard, either way, Owain ends up rambling autisticly(the only way i can describe it honestly) about the procedure, about the history, how its done, the horrors, ofc. I like to think Owain has certain interests in like? more,, macabre?? subjects? he doesn't know why he thinks them interesting, he just does, he likes researching and learning about them and can talk about subjects of the sort for hours if given the time, and he kinda does! with 4c!
Most people,,, don't like when he talks about this stuff, the horrors of medical procedures or of death-related subjects freak people out, and i think he was told to shut up about it, alot. Apo let him yap, but Apo was the only one, to him, Apo was the exception, while everyone else who really didn't like when he did it, was the norm. So 4c listening to him, and not thinking his interest and knowledge of this subject was gross or weird, definitely has him thinking!!! thinking about things!!!! I also think he didn't realize what he was doing until he was already to far in and just kept going, especially cause 4c hadn't declined this knowledge or made any bad faces or noises at him for it. He doesn't do this, he makes sure he doesn't do this, and yet, as it turns out, being awake at 4, probably 5 at this point am, makes u slip on ur habits.
I think 4c and Owain have things in common that aren't really able to be talked about in the original story, so thinking about it in this modern concept is,, nice!! I like them :D
