Now approximately 25 years old, she was categorized as a runaway and may have traveled to the Binghamton, NY area.

Samantha Baremore
Samatha Elizabeth Baremore, born on December 30, 1979, was last seen in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on April 6, 2004. At the time of her disappearance, she was 24 years old, standing 5'6" tall, and weighing approximately 115 pounds. She is an African-American female with brown hair. Baremore's nickname is "Pinky," and her stage name is "Sunshine." Some accounts spell her last name as "Barremore" or her first name as "Samantha." She has a tattoo of her late father's name on her thigh.
Baremore was last seen leaving the Sugar Bares VIP Club on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, where she worked as an exotic dancer. She departed in a Willard Cab Company taxicab during the early morning hours and has not been heard from since. At the time, she did not own a car and often relied on her family for transportation. Her family became concerned when her sister went to pick her up on April 8 and discovered she wasn't there; they reported her missing on April 10.
She lived with her boyfriend, Cedrick Bobby Lemon, in an apartment off Silas Creek Parkway. Baremore had mentioned considering leaving Lemon. After her disappearance, all her belongings, including her dance bag, were found in their apartment. Lemon stated that they had a "rocky" relationship and had argued after she returned home on the morning she disappeared. He claimed she left to get a newspaper and find a new place to live.
Lemon, who had a history of legal issues, was arrested for probation violation after her disappearance and died of a drug overdose in 2018.
Baremore was originally from Lexington, North Carolina, and had a daughter who was raised by a relative. Her mother believes she is deceased, as it is uncharacteristic of her to be out of touch with her family.
The Winston-Salem Police Department is handling the investigation and can be reached at 336-773-7700.

Justin Phillip Harris
On February 15, 2004, 13-year-old Justin Phillip Harris was reported missing from the R.L. Mills Home, a group residence for boys located in the 100 block of East H Street in Casper, Wyoming. Staff members discovered his absence at 7:00 a.m. when he failed to appear for breakfast; his bed had been stuffed with clothes to simulate his presence.
Justin is a Caucasian male with blond hair and green eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5'0" tall, weighed 110 pounds, and wore eyeglasses. He was possibly wearing a gray jacket and black snow boots. Justin has mental disabilities, functions at the level of a six- to seven-year-old, and requires psychiatric medications, including antidepressants, which he may not have had with him.
Prior to residing at the R.L. Mills Home in the summer of 2003, Justin experienced multiple failed foster care placements after his mother voluntarily relinquished custody of him and his younger sister to the state. His father, Phillip Harris, a truck driver from Swink, Oklahoma, initially believed Justin ran away to be with him, as Justin had a history of running away from foster homes.
However, Phillip later suggested that Justin might have been a victim of foul play and that the group home was concealing information.
Staff at the R.L. Mills Home reported that Justin required constant supervision and could not function without his medications, though he had been doing well at the facility and in school. The home, which served boys with emotional and behavioral challenges, closed in 2011 due to financial issues.
As of now, Justin's whereabouts remain unknown. If you have any information regarding his case, please contact the Casper Police Department at 307-235-8278.
