Some time next week my parents and I are meeting with our missions pastor to talk about me living with a family our church has sent out for a year so I can see what missions looks like in that particular context.

This morning at church we talked about a mission trip for college students over spring break to Croatia and it would be during my birthday. I really want to go on both trips but I'm unsure of what the timing/logistics would be. Pray that it all works out and that God takes me where I need to be so I can take the next steps in becoming a full time missionary.

#jk #but I'd suggest trying to say yes as much as u can #taking some risks--ie retreats #mission trips #etc #and know that ur definitely not the only one in that situation #it was definitely really challenging for me though #what helped was trying out lots of things until i found something #and going abroad/going on mission trips helped me become more 'daring' and open

Trust God

This morning I had been reminded of How God is so sovereign in His ways. Even when I have a hard time at work, I trust God to overcome problems and anxiety of getting fired or quit my job. Sometimes God had other plans for me if I get fired. I have to remember that this world is not my home but it is by Heaven with Jesus forever. I will trust God for everything such mission trips, having the opportunity to speak at a church or conference, and etc. My job as a Christian is to be a faithful slave of God and to obey Him. My question for you is Are trusting in God for everything?
