An underground gang of human revolutionists numbering somewhere in the hundreds, is not only posing a threat to society, yet to both alliances. They support neither, and are persistent in ending the Superhuman race as a whole. The urgency of this situation is caused by one simple factor. Intel gathered by both sides has raised suspicion of a mysterious weapon. The weapon is claimed to be deadly, as it temporarily paralyzes any superhuman ability. It is shaped like a regular hand gun, yet lights up when in use. We are currently unaware of how they have acquired the weapons, how many they currently have, and how long the effect seems to last on the victim. The gang is indeed violent and hostile, with small bases scattered throughout Seoul. For the prevention of anarchy within the human community and safety for ourselves, their operations must be stopped.
Both alliances have agreed to work together, as long as everyone follows a few simple rules:
No Superhuman may kill another Superhuman.
We must prevent the gang at all costs.
Either by death or handing them over to the human authorities.
Superhumans from both alliances may work together as pairs.
Groups are allowed, greater numbers stand a better chance.
Destroy as many of the mysterious weapons as possible.
Everyone from all classes must participate.
