It was loud tonight.
Thunder echoed in the distance, lightning flashing, wind howling as trees shook, branches snapping off and leaves sent flying. The storm had been raging for hours, animals and people huddled up in their homes while mobs roamed about, unaffected.
Many hunkered down in their homes, fearful of the storm. Parents soothed their children, couples comforted each other, and friends stayed close, passing the time with whatever distraction they could find.
In one particular house, though, a very different scene took place.
Laying on the rumbled sheets, shining white eyes stared, glued, as you moved above him. Hands gripping your hips, skin slick, he was sure to leave bruises.
The entity known as Herobrine wondered what he was doing here. Wondered how he ended in bed with his newest target. How he became lost in the rush of warmth and desire and sheer eroticism of your human physique after days of haunting, stalking you. He'd never been tempted by mortal flesh before. So why now?
It didn't make sense. Yet he gripped your slick thighs anyway, fingers sinking into the fat, encouraging you to move faster, the muffled clap of flesh hitting flesh echoing in the low lit room.
Your own fingers left lines against his chest, gripping the dark hairs there, nails scratching reddening marks into his skin as you took your pleasure from him, moaning softly, eyes slipping shut.
Herobrine was addicted, he realised. These sights and sounds would haunt him for millenia to come, urging him to seek more out as soon as possible.
Afterwards, after he spilled deep within you for the nth time, as you lay curled against his side, chest heaving with exertion after the thorough love-making you two indulged in, Herobrine stares ahead, thoughtful.
He's fascinated by his own moment of weakness, fascinated by his fascination with you. He shouldn't be, not when there's been so many others before you, and he hadn't slept with any of them.
Then again, you proved to be very different than his previous targets.
Weeks of this game he played with you led to this moment– chasing and taunting and scaring you all unravelled by a bold move made by you, the human, that led to him, the legend, the entity, the GOD laying bare beneath the sheets alongside you.
As he wondered, he eyed you, pale gaze washing over your form. He'd been tempted, yes, but that didn't mean he had no choice. He could've resisted, could've turned you down, could've left the second the first flirtation was uttered.
And yet he had not.
Because you were fascinating.
And Hero liked fascinating things.
With a low hum, Herobrine speaks, breaking the comfortable silence.
"In all my years, I've never had anyone seduce me." He muses. "I do not know whether that makes you brave... or foolish. I'm tempted to go with both." He huffs, wrapping a muscular arm around you, pulling you closer to his body and warmth, strong chest covered in a fine layer of hair. "What would you have done if I'd rejected you?"
Humming against his skin where your face was pressed into his pec, you shrug a bit, snuggling closer.
“But you didn't.”
A quiet huff escapes him. Blinking, he can't help but grin. Cheeky. “But what if I did?”
Groaning softly, you peered up at him lazily, completely at peace beside him.
“Be miserable? Feel embarrassed? I'd probably just ask you to kill me at that point. I don't do well with embarrassment.”
Chuckling under you, he pulls you even closer, allowing himself a moment of softness by pressing his lips to your brow.
“Cute.” He says. Then, looking at you more closely, he repeats it. “You're cute.”
Your nose twitches– like a cute lil bunny– and you huff. “Thanks, I guess.”
“You should be. I don't exactly go around complimenting just anyone, you know.” He says, beginning to play with your hair. “You're so…”
He takes a moment, words faltering as he really looks at you for a moment. Creator, you're…
His heartbeat feels weird, more erratic, stronger; there's a warmth in it he can't place.
And then he realises you're the cause of it, and he just– he just wants to squeeze you, wrap his arms around you and never let you leave this bed, leave him.
Fucking Nether, he's pussywhipped.
The feared and revered Herobrine… struck dumb by a plush little human who decided flirting with him was a safer bet than running or trying to fight him.
Adorable. But also–
“Dangerous.” He whispers, eyes aglow as he leans in, nose brushing along your hairline, breathing you in; his lips press against your cheek, softly kissing it. “You're dangerous, did you know that?” Had him wrapped around your little finger and didn't even know it.
You hum, tugging the quilt up to your shoulders. “I mean… I know I'm somewhat skilled with a sword, but–”
He laughs. Of course that's what you think he means.
With a sigh, Herobrine knew he wasn't getting out of this situation intact. If he could even get out of it at all. The mere thought of leaving you was uncomfortable. To leave your warm, soft body for the blistering heat of the Nether or the storm outside… to leave this bed and its comfort and promises…
Not happening.
So Herobrine just squeezed you against his chest and held you until your eyes grew heavy, drifting off to sleep at the sound of the rain and his heartbeat. He watched you the entire time, making sure nothing disturbed you.
As the morning arrived and the sun began to rise high into the sky, the air cleared, warm; puddles reflected sunlight, wet trees shining, covered in dewdrops.
Animals began to graze and mobs began to burn. In the towns, villagers and humans beginning their days.
In one lone house, an odd couple began their day as well.
“For a guy who lives in such a hot place, you are really bad at this.”
Scowling at your amused tone, Hero shot you a warning glare as he stood at the stove, trying to cook you breakfast.
Keyword being “trying”.
“Hey, I'm not the one who has to eat here. I'm doing my best.”
You couldn't help but giggle, sitting backwards in one of the chairs, resting your forearms and chin on the back of it. You kicked your legs as you took him in.
Bronze skin had a healthy glow under the early morning sun, a few marks leftover from last night. His jeans hung low on his hips, unbuttoned and showing off the black of his boxer briefs.
“Can't you just make me food? From thin air?”
He could. But Hero had wanted to do it like this. By hand. That was what couples did, right?
Not that you were a couple yet. He still needed to make his intentions known. He was planning to stick around for a while, after all.
“Mmm,” his hum was noncommittal as he banished the ruined food, spawning fresh eggs and bread, pork chops that he sliced into thinner pieces. They sizzled as he put them into the pan, spitting as he cracked the eggs next. He sliced the bread and let it cook over the stovetop toaster, keeping an eye on it.
That seemed to be the part he kept messing up.
But this attempt went better than previous few, and before long he was setting a full plate before you as you turned around and sat normally.
“Ooh!” You gave a delighted little clap, looking it over. “And it actually looks edible!”
He scoffed, flicking your ear as he sat down at the table. “Cheeky. Don't forget I could still end you with just a thought.”
You snorted, shoveling some food into your mouth. “Sure.” You say, giving him a knowing look.
Herobrine just smiled fondly as he watched you eat, finding he enjoyed it more than he ever thought he would. He rested his head against his fist, thinking that he wouldn't mind doing this every morning from now on.
