it's an administrative assistant type position for an insurance agency (kind of a go between with insurance companies and employers and such XD)

I keep seeing your posts about your desk/job. What do you do for work?

I work the overnight at the front desk in my residence hall, from midnight to 8AM.

Technically, I'm the one who's supposed to sign guests into the building and make sure that everyone who does enter is supposed to be there (either by them swiping their ID card to get access or if it's a group I'm supposed to ask them to show me their ID card holder, which is color-coded depending on what building they live in). I'm also supposed to answer questions for people, give directions if they're lost, and call security in case something happens.

In reality, I mostly watch Netflix and crochet because no one who works the front desk actually does all of that and hardly anyone enters/leaves the building when I'm working anyway.

DS9 is pretty good! Kira and Julian are the best. I'm about 7 eps into the last season of TNG, and then I'm off to Voyager myself! :D

I'm excited to start DS9, I've heard a lot of good things about it :D I'm 3 episodes into the last season of TNG myself.

I hope you like Voyager! I'll be watching that after DS9, although I caught reruns of some episodes of Voyager one summer and I did enjoy them :)

When I saw that ep I was thinking how pissed I’d be to be an extra on an ep like that. ‘Oh hey, you get to be on Star Trek! BUT, it’s set in the old west.’

"And after a couple lines of dialogue, you're replaced with Brent Spiner! Everyone will be replaced with Brent Spiner!"

I hope those actors got to come back for other episodes later aha
