Siblings: You have no siblings, though you are close with your cousin, Menchi, who you grew up with. She actually inspired you to become a Hunter.
Best friend: As cliché as this is, your cousin Menchi is your best friend. Close since childhood despite an age difference, the two of you are each other’s safety net and secret-keepers. Whenever the two of you are close to each other while on Hunts or are in between breaks in work, you both make it a point to see each other and catch up, filling each other in on the new stuff in your life. She was your maid-of-honor at your wedding and that day was actually one of the few times you ever saw her cry.
Frenemies/Enemies: While you have very few canon enemies, every poacher in the land knows your reputation and hurriedly clears out of the area when they hear that you’re there Hunting. There was a little incident early in your career involving you completely leveling an area where you’d seen poachers ambushing some innocent animals in your fury.
Crushes on You: Kanzai still holds a bit of a crush on you, even though you’re married and the relationship between the two of you didn’t work out.
First Romantic Relationship: Kanzai and you had a pretty hot and heavy relationship going shortly after you became a Hunter. He impressed you with his worldly knowledge and his fierce, enthusiastic nature. He was just so confident, so out there that you couldn’t help but be a bit swept off your feet when he first decided to woo you. However, the two of you fought often and though it wasn’t his choice, your relationship ended pretty quickly.
Lost Virginity To: Kanzai.
Married/In A Commited Relationship With: Knuckle Bine. The two of you hit it off from the very beginning and, despite his initial embarrassment while trying to flirt with you, the two of you moved into a romantic relationship rather quickly. He knew you were a good person by the way you treated animals, but seeing how friendly and sweet you were to everyone and how loyal and protective you were towards those you cared about really sealed the deal for him and made him decide that you were definitely someone he wanted to have in his life. Though the relationship could get difficult at times, since you and he did not always work together, since he partners with Shoot more often, and were thus away from each other for long periods of time, it weathered the test of time and, after five years together, Knuckle asked you to marry him. Morel got certified to officiate and your wedding, while hurried and small, was very cute and cozy, with all your closest friends gathered around.
Cockblocked by: Your pets. There’s one particular dog, named Floppsy, due to his oversized, floppy ears, that really enjoys jumping up on your laps or into your bed during particularly intimate moments.
Affiliation: You’re a Hunter, specifically a UMA Hunter. It was actually how you met your future husband – the two of you met through work and often joined each other on Hunts since you both tend to work well together.
Special Abilities: As with all Hunters, you can use Nen. You’re a Manipulator, with the ability to control animate objects, specifically plant life, though you can only control it within five yards of yourself and only in one specific direction at a time.
5 Headcanons About Your Life:
You and Knuckle have a veritable menagerie of animals at your shared home. While the two of you are gone, a nice neighbourhood lady and her son take care of them for you. Neither of you can seem to stop adopting strays you pick up along your journey’s, making the little house you own together very crowded, though neither of you would have it any other way.
Knowing that you need alone time to recharge every now and then, Knuckle built a small shed, roomy enough and with a large window, in your backyard and filled it with all your favourite things. It was his wedding gift to you – somewhere especially for you to go and be alone to relax.
Menchi always teases you about your bad dancing. Both of your serious relationships – Kanzai and Knuckle – hated when she did that and would purposefully try to dance worse than you to make you seem better in comparison, though with Kanzai, it always turned into a fun competition to see who could out bad-dance the other!
