Around other people I’m a crazy ass mofo, giggly, life of the party, vivacious, I’m very leaderly, I like having control of things, and creating jokes. I can get bossy and my communication skills are pretty poor sometimes lmao. I tend to take jokes to a level thst shouldn’t be taken to and I do have a slight dirty mind around best friends.

I think most of the guys are usually either quiet or they don't really like being under the spotlight, but Okita wouldn't mind that much if his partner was like that. If anything, he'd be glad to have someone with whom he can have fun with. At the same time, you know how to relax and you're pretty independent which would be good for him since he doesn't like people fussing over every single thing all the time.
Okita might not like being bossed around but he certainly will prove himself as a worthy opponent when you try to outsmart each other.
You're very emotional and compassionate, and even though Okita will deny it, he needs someone to look after him and to give him more hope. Having someone who enjoys life so much would comfort him since he's always scolded for being too carefree. But deep inside, he's just as caring as you are, he just doesn't want to show it and would rather enjoy his life to the fullest before it's too late. Being with someone like you, who has so many deep emotions and with a lot of dreams and imagination would be a good influence on him and might get him to be more open and honest of his thoughts and feelings, instead of keeping everything for himself.
Believe it or not, Okita can be very good at comforting people just because he knows what matters and what doesn't, if you ever cry because of something trivial and meaningless, he'll always make you realize it isn't worth your tears.
Okita isn't the artistic type but if you ever played music or sang for him, he would find it very calming and it would set his mind at ease during the hard times and when he thinks too much.
He's not too romantic but he has quite the dirty mind so he can definitely get along with you on that point; plus, he loves inside jokes and being close enough that you don't even need words to get each others – there are so many things he keeps to himself but he would tell you and only you, so ofc you'd end up understanding each other well enough to be able to communicate through eye contact.
Ah and you're a lot nicer and generous than he is, your kindness might even get through him and allow him to be as devoted to helping others as you are – even though it'll take some time to get there, he'll probably see life differently when he realizes how much good he can do for others.
