3. what are you looking forward to right now? :)

i'm looking forward to doing animation work over the weekend! i storyboarded over spring break, and i'm very happy and excited to be getting back into doing video art in general. also found out today that i'll be having a long weekend too :]

hiiii are you currently watching any shows or reading any books??

Yup! I started watching Daredevil with some of my friends, but I'd like to continue it on my own. I'm also watching The Street Where I Live, for reasons you can probably suspect if you're familiar with aw and look at the cast list :,)

Right now I'm reading Miracles in Concrete (despite its cool name its unfortunately very dry, I've made no progress in a month), Chinese Painting by James Cahill (its from the 70s so is somewhat dated, but its a nice look at evolution of art style through different dynasties), and slowly working my way through Borges' Ficciones.

sometimes the theme of the recipes of the new york times cooking daily email (i have never used a recipe from it because im ass at cooking, i just like looking at pictures of food and pretending i would cook them) are like. things that make sense. but some days the theme is something stupid. like. today the theme was "lentils". like. really? lentils? the best theme you can come up with is lentils? one time the theme was beige foods. another time the theme was "foods that do not have strong flavors". in january they did practically a whole month of not showing food that looked yummy and delicious but rather diet food to shit yourself and lose weight with. it was agony.

cactus: as far as playlists ive made that i actually listen(ed) to and think is like. decent i feel like my addiction angst playlist is pretty good

ice cream cone: i like that lightsong does yaoibait with his brother i think thats fun. i like that lightsong thought he was a detective in his past life for literally no reason other than that he exhibited one (1) instance of deductive reasoning. uhhhh i respect the hustle of lightsong wearing as little clothing as possible at any given time

art palette: tie between Born Unto Light (oughhhhhhhh) and Enjoying the sand, sea and being thousands of miles away from all of you (it's like. something i have drawn 20 billion times but someone drew it in 2016. we (sadeas freaks) have always been here)
