I like the contrast we’re given, where we see Fitz’s biological father, someone we’ve never met before in canon, being a dad. He’s part of HYDRA, yes, but this first time we see him, he teases Fitz about girl problems. He offers to talk, over tea, and he’s not condescending in this instance... 

I’m really interested to see where they go with him.
