To be fair, this is NIGHTWING’S city. He KNOWS how to move through the buildings, KNOWS the way the wind curves about the skyscrapers - which avenues to avoid during what weather. He KNOWS his way around here, but he DOES expect a LITTLE more urgency from his current patrol partner.

Okay, so MAYBE he’s having a little too much fun with this. It’s not OFTEN he gets to RUN with one of his OLDEST friends.
