From being too much or too little. Forced to leave or leaving to find their own path. One too bright, another too bland.

All of these together are a band of misfits.

Oh Nyctophile, has your crumbled soul disposed of your wit?

Or is your opus reached through wisdom only strouted by anguish?

An eternal wonder to comprehend the mind of such misfit

Is it the quill of a laureate that you wield? Or the broken pencil of a drunk?

Is your spirit one of a philosopher? A misunderstood erudite ?

Or is it simply the product of madness? The babblings of a lunatic?

For your words have no rhymes and no purpose

You hold no regards for well established rules,

Your verses follow no rhythm and no structure

And forevermore you write, and write your endless gibberish, with the fervor of troubadour

So tell me self, is it the doggerel of a lyricist or a maniac's diary that you've entertained?
