On her way into work, she slips a manilla envelope addressed to "Wizard" into the mailbox of Fugue Fortunes. Inside is a smaller envelope with 10,000G, along with a Fugue Mushroom.
He finds the envelope as he goes to open the shop in the “morning”, and finds himself briefly confused that the tiny red flag on his mailbox is up. He stares at it in silence for a while, curiously, before finally putting it down.
Then putting it back up. Then putting it down again.
When that doesn’t seem to do anything, he peers inside the mailbox, instead— and lo and behold, there is an envelope in there he doesn’t recognize. He takes it inside, opening it once he’s safely on the other side of the door - and is enormously surprised to (of course) notice the [+Fugue Mushroom] first.
He almost discards the rest of the envelope, but thank goodness he doesn’t, because there’s also [+10,000G] inside! Bless Molly’s heart, he knows she must be behind this - and not a moment too soon.
Time to run his request ad again!
