I’m feeling pretty good after working out, even if it was only a so-so workout.

That’s a good question. I’m honestly not sure, because I’m pretty bad at tracking my spending. I’m in Canada, and I find that food is fairly more expensive than in the States. Add to that, the fact that I’m living in a rural area with only one grocery store and you can see why food is pretty expensive for me. Fresh produce is probably my biggest expense. Fish and poultry is pretty pricey, but I don’t eat as much of it.
