After speaking with three different doctors, we all agreed that the best decision for our little sweetheart was to be peacefully laid to rest. It was one of the most heartbreaking and hardest decisions to make. Misty’s body was shutting down rapidly as her neurological disease was progressively taking over. We knew it was the best and only decision. Dear Misty, the moment we laid our eyes on you, we knew we had to help you. Those few days passed with you were a blessing. In these moments we shared, we knew how special you were. We are so sorry we couldn’t heal you, Misty. We love you dearly little girl. Repost @newyorkbullycrew 🚨 Emergency for Misty 🚨 Misty went into foster yesterday, and was settling in nicely, but unfortunately today Misty took a turn for the worst. Her foster mom had to rush Misty to the Emergency Hospital, as Misty had a hard time breathing. Misty is being admitted to the Emergency Hospital where they will take a look at what is going on. Unfortunately, we are suspecting that her disease, arachnoid diverticulum, has progressed as she has been immobile for the last 24 hours. Misty will be going to a specialty hospital for treatment. Misty will also be meeting with Dr. Infernuso to see if she is a candidate for surgery. Misty is only four months old, she is the sweetest little puppy and she deserves a chance. It isn’t fair at such a young age that her disease is progressing so quickly. We will do everything possible to ensure that Misty’s future is bright.
