I MUCH prefer the second idea for Willowcloud and Mistytuft's meeting

But also, I think the first idea has REAL comedy potential

Maybe that idea can be used for how Wolfpool and Foxsong met?

I wonder how Mistytuft and Willowcloud went from "would be murderer and victim" to "mates who are in love." After Willowcloud finished chasing her and went through the 'oh shit she's hot,' she just decided to leave without a word, leaving Mistytuft confused.

Maybe Mistytuft wouldn't stop thinking about it? She went to Willowcloud to know why she was spared and definitely not because she's been dreaming of the pretty she-cat since then

I mentioned that she's very beautiful, and then I came across a cat base that looks really good so I just had to do her

How Mistytuft met Willowcloud

Option A) Willowcloud was running after some random victim, when it turned out that Mistytuft was also hunting them. It was an immediate spark (while the victim was held down, awkwardly waiting for death while the two made moon eyes)

Option B) Willowcloud was chasing Mistytuft through the dark, dim-litted forest. Then Mistytuft tripped in a glowing mushroom ring. The blue light shines on Mistytuft's fur and illuminates her beauty, which was hidden by the darkness before. Willowcloud has a 'oh shit she's hot' moment and decides to spare her...you know...just cause she doesn't feel like killing right now is all

(This is pretty much based on how murderous Misty is and how likely she is to also be hunting another cat...but I really like the second option tbh).
