Michel “Mitch” Dorge or known as Mitch Dorge is a Canadian drummer. He’s also known as a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and record producer. Mitch was born on born September 15, 1960, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Mitch Dorge is a very talented drummer and has been playing for over 40 years.

Awesome assemblies

Today I found out we had an assembly at 10:10, so our first class was shortened; there were rumors going around that it was another assembly about bullying, so I wasn't looking forward to it, not because I don't care about the topic, because I do, but because it would have been the third assembly about teen bullying this past two months.

So I went to my second class waiting to head to the cafeteria, telling my friend I'd rather stay in math than have another assembly about bullying.

But when we made our way down there and went to sit with our other friends I couldn't help but notice, there was a drum set on the stage. I was starting to wonder what it was about when our student council began talking, they then invited a bald man up on the stage who looked oddly familiar.

that's when I found out that it was the Drummer, Mitch, from Crash Test Dummies, I have to say that this assembly was the best assembly I have ever gone to in, not only my high-school years, but in my school years, well the best assembly on 'choosing the right career to make you happy' and 'don't drink and drive'

So today in school we had Mitch Dorge from the band Crash Test Dummies come in to speak to us and he was telling us how he is not afraid to touch people. So he's walking through the crowd and all of a sudden you hear him gasp and run to this ginger start petting her hair and scream "WHO DOESN'T LOVE GINGERS!" And it totally made my day.
