Thank you for coming around for an ask, beloved Potato! We are so sorry it took so much time in order to get to your ask, our mind was holding itself in torment for a bit. We hope we aren't too late with this, and we are so very happy to know that you wish to know more about the pages of our Creations! c:

What is your favorite detail about any WIP of your choosing?
Well, since your other question is about Mitch's Journals, we think we will keep the theme and answer with that one in mind as well! c:
Our favorite detail about the story is the volumes that come with it! It is a bunch of stories or experiences, from Mitch, going to tell a story that is still somehow it's own story! They are also given more in scenes than anything else, like small sparks of experiences and highlights to the life that Mitch is living in the moment! c:
How'd you come up with the idea for Mitch's Journals?
Well, we first came up with the idea from wanting to create a survival guide of sorts? Like, we definitely got inspired by some of the more popular works who had "survival guides" alongside the actual books/games, and we wanted to do the same with Mitch's Journals!
We actually started them out as such, with having actual journals that we wanted to feel up with handwritten notes, and studies, and journal entries that slowly showed an explorer going through the Worlds and learning everything he could about them! We even have like, loose papers and pages that we stuffed into the original "journals" that we made to accent the whole experience. c:
A series of journal entries and notes from the eyes of the Observer who wished to know the entirety of the Storyverse.

The Worlds:
The Observer's Garden
A sanctuary created by the Three and given over to the First, the Garden is where the first Observers were able to thrive and return to.
Faibrun, the World of Swords and Scholars
The World of Corinth and Thomas, Faibrun is quiet place where most of the World are either searching for strength and power, or willing to set aside everything for the peace and tranquility of daily calm.
Oroa, the World of Empty Silence
The World of Mitch's Creation, no longer thriving in anything but the snow and the silence of the dead Lands.

The Knowledge of the Observers
Created by the Three themselves and blessed by Time, the Observers hold the Knowledge of the Worlds within their mind. Having the ability to note every whisper of Beings and Beast, they hold Knowledge without spoken thought.

Characters:
The Observer Mitch
Filled with curiosity and desire, Mitch is the youngest Observer of the Original Ten. Given over to his Knowledge and wanting to know of the entirety of the Storyverse, the silent child wanders the Worlds in order to seek out everything there is to know about the Lands outside his World.

Status:
Truly the definition of a Work In Progress, this series of stories is more of a collection of experiences as Mitch wanders throughout the Worlds.
Currently, we have it set up as a series of short stories, with the desire to hold "volumes" that recount different Worlds and memories from Mitch.
There are currently three stories within this first volume and we will continue to add to this as we work through the worldbuilding and organization.

Snippet, Story Three: Faibrun:
His name is Corinth.
Mitch follows the man silently, studying the gait of a scholar, as Corinth has described himself. A man of page and ink, he sits more as if he is meant for Nature, rather than Humanity.
Mitch watches the man as they near a building of stone and wood, stretching high into the air. It whispers of Knowledge, of books and information and words and history.
He stares at the building in slight awe, brings himself back as he hears Corinth chuckling. The man gives him a bright smile, hand going out to gesture him forward.
“I have not known many a soul to search our Sanctuary with such eagerness. Do you enjoy the pursuit of Knowledge?”
Mitch stares, mind debating for a beat before he gives a single nod. He waits, staring into the Being as the man nods back to him.
“I thought so. Well, come then. We have quite a lot of Knowledge within these old walls.”
Mitch blinks at the answer, lets out a small sigh before following the man into the building.
Hello! Happy STS! My question for you is: what would you consider the most heart-wrenching moment in your WIP(s)?

So, answering this for Mitch's Journals, bc there is one scene in particular that made even us cry as we wrote it out. T-T
The most heart-wrenching moment in Mitch's Journals would be in the third World of his Journals, where he gets his first experience with Death, and one outside of his Family.
All of his emotions are so raw and new to him that he gets a little lost in his grief. :c

Another pull from the Hoard and another older tag game that we definitely did not have to pull out of the Drafts because we probably ended up kidnapping the poor child with how long we have kept it.

Snippet from Mitch's Journals
Elaine easily takes the child, sighs happily as she gently holds them close. He blinks at the display, his Knowledge instantly committing it to memory.
A hand touches with gentle acknowledgment, and he turns to find Aiden giving him a soft smile, a squeeze of his shoulder making him blink slightly.
“Thank you Mitch.”
The words hold something that makes Mitch’s heart bleed with heat and he turns fully to the man as he gives a silent nod. His words jumble in his throat but Aiden doesn’t bring it up, just softening his smile as his voice drops a little.
“You can go now, if you want. We will let you know when they are ready for better visits.”
Mitch blinks, eyes going back to Elaine, taking one more moment to watch the woman before he turns back to Aiden and nods. He is gone in the next moment, dropping gently to the Ash, the Tree reacting to his presence as it shivers happily. He notes the euphoria of the entirety of the country, the Forests more than happy for their Antrium.
Mitch settles in the Ash’s branches, let himself fall into his Knowledge as he waits for the new family to settle.
We are doing another day of tag games and diving deep into the Drafts Hoard to get older works and tags, we hope no one hurts us for holding onto these tags for so long. (*≧▽≦)

Rune ditches the wooden rod as the Witch falls back in pain. She grabs the young woman, begins to drag her away from the writhing body. The woman is shell-shocked, limp body not helping as hands sloppily grab at Rune.
“My hus-“
“He’s dead. Leave him.”
Rune throws her into the hall, turns to see the Witch already beginning to stand. Purple lightning sparks from its body, the Witch lifting its head to mutter in the air. Rune curses, spins around and reaches for the woman.
The Witch combusts.
Patience | A Knight's Honor
“My Lady…”
“Oh please, Sir Knight. If you think you can send me off, then go ahead and wander away. I promise that I will follow you no matter the words that you think you can give.”
He wants to groan. As it stands, he does pinch the bridge of his nose, trying to exude the calm patience he has been trained to hold when dealing the stubbornness of nobility. But Elizabeth slips past him, shifting to examine the Moonflowers herself, and he finds himself instantly following her, hands ready to stop hers in the circumstance of her fingers trying to wander too close for comfort.
Shaky | Eyes of Salvation
“Alyce!? Alyce!”
She gasps, eyes blinking hard past tears as she comes back to reality. She swallows air, eyes darting around until a hand comes to help her focus. Zane fills her space, voice dropping into a whisper that is streaked with concern and terror.
“You’re alright Alyce. It was a vision; not the Realities. I promise.”
She stares at him, the vision coming back full force as she realizes. Tears prick at her again and her shaky hands find Zane, clinging as she tries to warn him.
“Plea- Zane, I-”
Hollow | Mitch's Journals
He is crying when they come.
Their entrance is like the whisper of Corinth’s last breath. Mitch stares at the Dragon of Death, somehow heavy and final. He can’t look away from their eyes, from the Knowledge of their existence. He feels himself hollow out, takes one last look at Corinth.
He is peaceful and Mitch hates it.
The Dragon breathes out a sigh, Mitch focusing back on them as they move towards Corinth. He watches, waits for them to take Corinth away.
His voice bubbles up without warning, Mitch doing nothing to stop it.
“Please.”
Ripple(s) | Grayland's Shadow
You stare at the man in front of you, trying to swallow down what he had just said. You look away from him and into the coffee cup he had given you, watching as your shaking hands make ripples in the golden liquid. The words won’t sink in and you shake your head, trying to rid yourself of the meaning. You place the cup down, trying to remain as calm as possible.
“What… what did you say?”
“I… I have done something… terrible.”
You shake your head at the lame excuse and stare him down, feeling the fear rise from the pit of your stomach.
“No, the first time. What did you say the first time? What terrible thing have you done?”
