5, 23 (who was actually Melvin because I got the numbers wrong so actually it’s 22) and 39 for @madotsukiphile

5 is Cecylis, who was more concept than actual character. She had made a deal with a shady character to avoid death, and was cursed with... uh, snake fangs/tongue and vaguely defined powers. I don’t actually remember much about her, but I do remember her design, which was... uh... unfocused, let’s say :D I was real damn proud of that hat.

23 (or rather 22) is Mélissa, an oooooooooold character that i kinda kept updating but never actually used. She went from... oh jeez this is old, she went from normal teenager cursed with an “evil side” ? Or there was this collar that made her..; no not evil, just..; angry and stuff ? Gosh I don’t remember. Now she’s a cutesy, bubbly computer genius who’s also a con artist and an extremely good actress. Don”t trust her.

And 39 is Athena, formerly 666, who’s also an oldass character that I kept updating as time went by. She’s the same kind of demon as Moustique, except she’s much older and more powerful and can turn into anything and anyone. She went through a lot of personnalities and varying levels of angst (coming from the fact that she keeps reincaring and her old memories sometimes break to the surface and it was unpleasant). And she used to be an asshole. A lot of my old characters were assholes, wether it was on purpose or not. She’s now much kinder and chiller, but is not above trolling her loved one, and has a rather melancoly side to her.

So on the left, we have Fuck (yes, that’s his name), a weird, nasty squirrel man dating back from 2010, made during a wonderfull doodling session with @madotsukiphile as it happens. He shows affection by being a troll and prompted a few embarrassing google searches about squirrels.

And on the right, we have Melwin ! So bear with me, but he’s got quite the origin story. So when I was a kid, I found out that 101 dalmatians was a book before it was a movie, and in the book Cruella DeVil was married. So I made a character, who’s not Melwin, who’s her son (and basically he’s a grunt from team Skull). And then later I gave him a twin brother, who’s much more mellow and dreamy, but a bit too willing to go along his brother’s poor decisions (like dying his haire white and black just like he did).

Yep, c’est pas agréable de repenser aux parties peu jobardes de son histoire artistique, mais ça en fait quand même partie, et ça permet de voir comment on a évolué /o/
