Strengthen then stretch! I’ve found for me the best way to ease sore tight muscles is to strengthen them before stretching 🙆♀️ it works! These leg circles are stronger than they look on all the hip stabilising muscles. Pretty sure I’m straying towards Pilates here, but I’m not so yoga obsessed that I don’t embrace whatever modality hits the nail on the head at the time! Do what your body wants, not your ego.
