The Hanaroo bi bim bap. Beef, crispy rice, bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot, an egg and some sesame seeds. This was great with a squirt of Sriracha. Savory and satisfying. The best part was that crunchy rice on the bottom of the stone bowl, which I mixed throughout.
