"Am I really that intimidating?"
@mixmoonsik
She chuckled softly. “I don’t believe I’m the best person to answer this question, Moonsik-ssi. I am not intimidated by you.” Not in the least.
She then glanced at the child that was found alone when SWAT broke into the venue of their mission. He did look quite anxious, and reasonably so, but whether it was because a group of masked, armed men broke into his home to arrest his missing father, or because he was left in the care of a “deadpanned” Moonsik, was a little hard to tell. Probably the former, but perhaps a little bit of the latter as well.
“I’d say it might be best to attempt a little bit of a smile when dealing with children.” She paused a moment, and fumbled through the pockets of her lab coat, pulling out a couple of hard candies that she had grabbed from the front desk, and handed them to Moonsik. “But then again, I’ve never been good with children.” She chuckled with a small, helpless shrug.
