“I’m not doing it.” Chloe states, crossing her arms. Sure, a girl’s night was exactly what she needed but what her friend was offering was too much. 

“Fine, I’ll give you a hundred bucks.” The other woman slides the tequila shot to Chloe and slips the hundred dollar bill. “A hundred bucks and all you have to do is kiss that cute brunette on the other side of the bar.” She shrugs, pointing a finger. “C’mon. It’s the easiest hundred you’ll ever make. Prove to me you still got it.”

Chloe sighs and downs the tequila, feeling liquid courage course through her veins. “This is going towards my electrical bill.” She chuckles and hops off her seat to make her way across the bar.

Like the music’s bass that pounded throughout the bar, Chloe swore she could feel her own heart rate through her ears. Tapping the broad shoulder of a man to get his attention, the brunette swore there was something familiar about the way an electrical pulse tingled her skin.

“Hey... Look. I know this is crazy but my friend’s paying me a hundred bucks if I could get you to kiss me.” She trails. “I’ll split it if you don’t mind helping a gal out.”
