The main thing about Miyuji that I'd like to emphasize is her past anxiety. I mentioned it up above, but when she was in grade school or middle school, she screwed up in a talent show. Not only could she not handle the failure, but she couldn't handle the bullying and constant comments made about her performance.
A canon idea for her that I'm content with is her parents not often being around. When she messed up her performance, her parents weren't there to help her, although her mother did pick her up from school. After Miyuji proved to be too anxious to go back to school, her mother had to homeschool her.
This really just consisted of her shooting her an email with the work she needed to do and telling her to email it back when she's finished. Eventually, a couple of years later, Miyuji's parents both got too busy with their work to help Miyuji, so they sent her back to public school with a daily therapist appointment.
With the help of her therapist and her peers (like Furredo and Geiju), she stepped out of her shell a bit before ultimately deciding to transform herself completely. Now she is the Myuji we know today.
One thing I'm not sure if I'll keep is Myuji shutting down the club if one of the members goes missing or is killed. I did mention that I wanted to shrink the club member necessity down, and I don't think Miyuji would immediately give up on her club even if one was gone.
If that number increased to all of her friends being gone, then she'd likely start hanging out along before deciding to be homeschooled again. Not just because of anxiety this time, but because of depression after losing her friends and the club she worked so hard to keep up.
I think that if Miyuji lost her club mates one by one, she would get increasingly anxious and worried each time until deciding to leave. (This just serving as the in-between so that we don't have instances like Amai reacting the same to one or all of her clubmates missing.)
