“oh!” minjae exclaimed, “that’s uh- monochrome, right? i’ve heard them before, they’re really cool. do you listen to them too?”
“of course i do, you’re talking to the guy who stans every girl group under the sun,” jihoon replied confidently, and minjae laughed. “so who’s your bias?”
“miran,” minjae replied right away.
“going for the popular ones, typical,” jihoon scoffed, i like hyesung, she’s-“
“she’s taller than you,” minjae stifled a laugh with his hand as he read her profile.
“oh. god, i can’t do that, which ones are shorter than me?”
“let’s see...” minjae scrolled back to the top, “there’s phoebe, 168, you two are the same height... hyesung, 170, taller... olivia- woah! she’s taller than me too! 176, holy moly. anyways, oh! what about stella? she’s 164.”
jihoon sighed, “that’ll do. nothing against taller women, feel like i should clarify, but everyone i know is taller than me. i need more variety.”
minjae giggled, “sure, how about instead, what do you think of their music?”
“it’s cool,” jihoon replied simply, “copycat was good, i heard someone playing it in the practice room a few months back, so i barged in and asked them what song it was.”
minjae gasped, “who was in the practice room?”
“baekhan and jaeyi,” jihoon responded, “i think i scared them, they both screamed really loud. baekhan has a really high pitched scream i think my ears bled a little. but that’s how i started stanning!”
