When I got home from my run Hubby had finished putting the Cortina back together. He is pleased with the paint job. He had to take it for a wee drive just to check everything was working well.

The Cortina restoration continues at a slow pace. It is pretty hard to get motivated to go out in the workshop to work on it in this cold wet weather. When I got back from my run this morning I found Hubby working on the drivers seat install. It is a bit of a fiddle as he had to use Anglia seats because he couldn't find any Cortina ones. There was one set on Trade Me once but they were asking $800 for the seat frames basically as they were in really bad condition. So Anglia seats it is but not without some work.
Driving old school to look at new cars. It was a lovely sunny day but the wind was frigid so perfect for driving. Daughter needs a new car so we swung past the car yards on the way home.
