I'm sick so I rewatched Dead Poets Society
and here are some things I noticed that I didn't notice the first several times I watched it!
In the cave after Cameron goes "I heard that one at camp in sixth grade!" Charlie goes "and were you six last year?"
As they're reciting the poem about the Congo and marching out of the cave, Neil and Todd do-si-do
Right after that, Todd trips and almost falls
The tie Keating is wearing during the Shakespeare scene looks like it has the coat of arms of the University of Notre Dame on it, but I'm not entirely sure
Neil is first in line in front of Charlie to stand on the desk, and Charlie pats him on the back right before he goes (physical touch love language my beloved)
In the rowing scene, Charlie is right in front of Cameron in the boat
As someone who did fencing in the past, the little fencing scene is so funny to me. They're fencing with foils, but only wearing the top jacket (used for all disciplines, iirc), STICK ISN'T WEARING A MASK, and neither of them are wearing appropriate pants. They're just having fun
Maybe other people have noticed/explained this but in the poetry and soccer scene, Charlie's sweater looks like it's on backwards (compare it to Meeks')
NEIL SPECIFICALLY CALLS FOR CHARLIE TO TELL HIM HE GOT THE PART 😭😭😭 I love their friendship so much
Man Knox was at a CRAZY party. I've been to college house parties and never seen anything like that
The globe in Neil's room is upside down
