But your ear-gremlin tells you you should listen to him, and that you're about to lose your entire way of life and that's literally the only thing you have left. Gabriel somehow knows LB/CN are going to depose your dad. He gives you, a 14yr old, control of Murderbots and sics you on them.
You show up, you do some grandstanding. Your dad was Mayor, why shouldn't you be Mayor now? At least for a while right? You have ZERO idea how these things work and no one in all of France is trying to stop you. In fact both the Manufacturer of the Murderbots and Gabriel Agreste are both out here gassing you up.
Monarch shows up and your ear gremlin stops you from arresting him. He offers you powers, you know the things you had the one time you were loved by anyone? You're still not sure, but that ear Gremlin is egging you on. You agree to his convoluted akumatization plot.

You wake up looking at what appears to be a gang about to curb stomp you. Your dad physically drags you off and throws you on a plane with your mother who immediately tells you what a piece of shit you are for embarrassing her.
Odds are you still have NO IDEA what you even did for those days, but now you're kicked out of Paris, unlike every other akuma victim ever. That includes Mr. 'I've been akumatized 72 times' Ramier.
Later on you see that guy who murdered everyone at the diamond dance is one of the new heroes.
