Today's episode has been pretty good, not gon' lie!

But there's been this thing in the Lila scene I didn't quite like... "Lila?" "Yes, but no. Listen!"

When Alya was explaining Marinette that she needn't worry about not being able to help with their siblings, she kept referring to Lila as "a friend". She never said her name!

That could imply Alya was hiding her identity on purpose because she's aware of Marinette's opinion on Lila. So she might have hidden the fact that she was the one helping her in an attempt to prevent Marinette from freaking out about Alya trusting Lila so much.

So far, Alya only thinks Marinette's paranoid of Lila. And given the two of them are at war, with Marinette being completely open about it while Lila puts on a façade, she most likely disapproves of Marinette's feelings. It's also highly probable Alya will try to avoid a fight between the two.

The point is, does this mean Alya will start hiding more things from Marinette besides her hero life from now on? Such as days where she'll hang out with Lila behind her back like in Saltfics?

If I'm right about this, and given everything about Lila means some kind of foreshadowing in the show, that'd mean Marinette and Alya will rift apart somewhere in time.

I just hope I'm wrong.

Hearing Lila gushing about Adrien while putting down all of his friends has been physically painful.

I think I just found out who Desperada is supposed to be.

I don't remember if she was supposed to be into rock, but she actually looks like a mariachi in the Día de los muertos.
